I’m Dan, owner of DH frames. This page aims to give you a bigger picture about us as a company, who we are and what we’re about.

Having personally sub contracted for nearly 20 years for both big national double glazing companies and Bristol’s largest manufacturer / installation company, I felt the time was right to take that knowledge and experience into my own company DH Frames.
After nearly 20 years in the industry, I’ve identified the main elements that customers expect when choosing a window company, these are –

Since establishing DH Frames in 2010 we’ve implemented this service structure to each of our customers, this has enabled us to grow year on year. We only advertise locally as 80% of our work comes from returning customers and recommendations from previous happy clients. Please feel free to take a look at our customer feedback page.

Being a smaller company enables us to offer that all important personal service but most importantly to provide highly competitive prices, especially against the bigger advertising companies. We have no salesman or office staff and our customers have the added security that each installation will be carried out by the same team that has built up the companies reputation from day one, and not a hit or miss subcontracting team that is often the case with larger glazing companies.

On any jobs that require lintel / steel work we have a reliable building team who like us work to the same high quality service structure.

Accreditations

Apart from being a Fensa registered company (34933), we have a GQA Level NVQ 2 & 3 Diploma in Fenestration along with a Level 3 Certification in Glass Relared Operations. DH Frames hold the Government approved MTC card (67717) and we’re also a member of QANW which enables us to issue an insurance backed guarantee on all installations giving peace of mind to all of our customers.
